Jayceon Taylor enlisted the services of C. Breezy for a new track off Game’s R.E.D. Album.
The hard hitting hip-hop song is about wanting to get out of the rat race, stepping out of the spotlight and letting the public eye wander away. Brown sings,
“All this spot light is not for me, I close my eyes and imagine I’m home.”
The R.E.D. Album has seen numerous delays over the last two years, but has been scheduled for a August 23rd release date, so look for that soon.
Chris Brown has revealed that he accidentally angered Justin Bieber when he didn’t arrive on time to record their latest duet.
The ‘Beautiful People’ singer told MTV that Bieber was “mad” at him for standing him up, and went on to record his vocals for ‘Next 2 You’ on his own.
Brown explained: “I actually stood him up by accident. He was kind of mad.
“I was all the way on the other side of town handling some business – girl business – and I was rushing back.
“By that time, he’s like, ‘Man, I’m leaving, bro. I did it – just check it out.’ And I looked at it and listened to it and I was like, ‘Man, this is crazy.’ He’s a great kid.”
The R&B star also praised Bieber for his success and talents, adding that he was pleased with the duet.
“Being able to collab was great. He’s a young, energetic cat, so being able to work with him, with the fanbase he has, was incredible,” Brown added.
“I know a lot of little girls are going to love this record.”
Chris Brown is nominated for six BET Awards — such as, the Viewer’s Choice, Best Male R&B Artist, Video of the Year and Best Actor (Takers) just to name a few. How many will he win?
