I wouldnt say Chris can’t act. He isn’t a Will Smith or anything when it comes to acting but he is pretty good. Idk why people say he sucks at acting. But hey he shot this when he was 19 you can only get better over time. And those action scences were amazing! And no I didn’t find the movie predictable at all. It had some twist and turns. Also you didnt need to spoil it even if you thought it was predictable cuz you are ruining it for the ones who didn’t see it which is not cool!

And @Chey in your last comment in the other post you said Chris or TI werent producers/excutive producers on the movie they are though. TI is a producer and Chris is an Excutive producer on the film….just saying.

Yeah Takers cost 20 million to produce so this movie is really off to a good start. The box office numbers for the first week were pretty strong. Also I’m glad Chris is in a better place in his life now. He deserves it. Unlike most people he actually had to work and try to prove himself to people to get where he is at. And for that I love him even more. Godbless him. And I might see Takers again during the weekend

Congratulations to Chris having deuces and takers @ #1. Since I’ve been in college, I’ve heard deuces 5 times on the radio in Memphis. I hope I can see Takers this weekend. I hate how some blogs are saying that Takers is #2. Really?!! SMH. The hatred they have for Chris just won’t stop.

I’m so happy that Takers came in as No. 1, even when the Extocis had 3 hundred more theaters releasing at the same time. Just Joyful, pure joy.

@noodles and anyone interested in the “producer” details – you are right about Chris being credited as an executive producer (and Tip is not). I wanted to know what that meant . It seemed odd , seeing that he was our goofy 19-yr-old pretty-boy when it was made (executive producer?) I found this segment in an interview with Tip and Will Packer (sorry i put this in the other comment section, but I’l drop it here for more people to notice):
