What was leaked to the media is an affidavit from the office that was there which that is considered hearsay and if Rihanna does not take the stand to testify that what is on the Affidavit is in fact true it would not be admissible in court.

I find People to be a very credible source and if it’s being reported there that he’s not with Natalie or Erica then I believe it. If anything, I find Natalie speaking to radar.com as a way to get publicity for herself. Seriously, when was the last time you’ve heard a Girlicious song on the radio in the U.S., seen them on tv or read about them in a magazine?? I honestly forgot about this group until people started mentioning that she looked like that girl that was on the CW show.

In regards to the tattoo, it could just be a draw for a tattoo that he is considering, or something that he had done while he was in VA.

A rep for Chris Brown has denied that the singer, who is alleged to have assaulted Rihanna, has moved on and is now dating another girl.

The 19-year-old R&B singer is neither dating Girlicious singer – Natalie Mejia, who was photographed with him Saturday at West Hollywood tattoo parlor – Tattoo Mania, nor has he rekindled his relationship with former girlfriend and University of Mary Washington student Erica Jackson.

“Chris was in a Hollywood tattoo parlor with a man from the recording studio named Dean, who was getting a tattoo,” the rep tells People.

“Natalie Mejia was there with Dean. Reports that Natalie Mejia is Chris’s new girlfriend are also false,” adds the rep.

A source close to Mejia confirms that she is not dating Brown.

As long as Chris and RiRi lay low paps can’t get it…it’s when they go out. There are ways to get together with out being photographed. When they were together in Miami the paps didn’t get a pic at all of them together until they came out to board the plane to LA. Rihanna was staying in a hotel in Miami, not Diddy’s house. I believe the reports they were together over Easter. Celebs know how not to be photographed when they really don’t want to. Think about it you hardly ever see pics of Bea and Jay and the paps can’t get enough of them. They are only photographed when they allow themselves to be. There are ways around it. Most of the time when celebs are photographed they know they will be and seek the publicity.
