I think that the protective order can not be lifted until November 19th, after he has completed some of his domestic violence training. The judge said that before. I feel the government oversteps it’s bounds in a lot of personal matters now – and this is one of them. First of all -Rihanna didn’t press charges against Chris, 2nd of all they are punishing her with this stay away order – she has to watch her schedule and make sure she’s no where near him. He has lost so much weight – he scares me…Best of luck to you Chris. Grow and Learn and mature from this and truly get help for ur anger issues.

That order is slated to remain in place for 5 years. She can come to court and ask. The judge can still say no in 3 months. It’s obvious the judge doesn’t intend or lifting that order this year.

For some unknown reason everyone is reporting on Chris Brown’s violent past today when Hollyscoop first reported it back in March.

Like Hollyscoop had reported exclusively five months ago, after Chris attacked Rihanna in February, she confessed there had been two other incidences in which she felt threatened by Chris.

Rihanna told investigators that the first incident occurred when the couple was visiting Rihanna’s family in her native Barbados back in August 2008. She described the incident as a verbal dispute, and added that no one was assaulted.

The second incident occurred in Europe in January 2009. It was a verbal dispute, which led to Rihanna slapping Chris Brown. In self-defense, Chris pushed her up “against the wall” to try and calm her down.

Three weeks before he attacked Rihanna, they got into an argument while driving which resulted in Chris getting out of the car and breaking both the driver’s and front passenger side windows.

Earlier today Chris was sentenced to five years probation and 180 days community labor, which will be supervised by the chief of police in Richmond, Va.

Brown reached a plea deal with L.A. prosecutors back in June to avoid jail time and get probation instead. Aside from 5 years of probation, he also has to take a yearlong domestic violence prevention class.

He has to personally come to court every 3 months during his probation. The first appearance will be November 19. He’s also not allowed to leave the country without approval nor is he allowed to contact Rihanna for five years.

So long story short, we’re not sure why everyone is recycling a story that’s five months old, but there you go anyway.

Him giving details of what really happened won’t make much of a difference. People have made up their minds about him. No matter how crazy she may sound from his account, people are still gonna say that he shouldn’t have hit her. I think it’d be best if he focuses on the present and the future.

Bottom line is Chris has a problem with his temper and he has to be able to control it in any situation PERIOD!. He needs to focus on getting better and breaking the cycle of abuse he was exposed to. According to the report, Brown was unable to shove Rihanna out of the car because she was wearing a seatbelt.

The report continues, “When he could not force her to exit, he took his right hand and shoved her head against the passenger window of the car. ”

“As he drove, he continued to punch the victim in the face with his right hand while steering the vehicle with his left hand.”

Brown placed Rihanna in a headlock while he drove, then bit her on her left ear. The car eventually stopped and Rihanna took the keys out of the ignition, and Brown began to punch her again in the face and arms. He placed her in a headlock and started applying pressure to her carotid artery. She couldn’t breathe and began to lose consciousness. She tried freeing herself, and Brown bit her left ring and middle fingers and then released her.

Rihanna took off her shoe and tried breaking the passenger window, and he continued to punch her.

Eventually, Brown got out of the car. Rihanna opened the door and continued screaming. Brown began punching her again. He got back in the car and screamed “Where are my f***ing keys?” He got out, looked for the keys in vain, and when he could not find them removed several CDs and walked away.

Officers were called and observed numerous contusions and abrasions to Rihanna’s face and forehead, as well as bruising on her left arm. There were other injuries as well.

Investigators determined Brown was wearing a large ring on his right hand which caused several of Rihanna’s injuries.
