I just can’t let this go. It seem that everyone the industry called each other up and said don’t work with Chris. @regina, no one is starving themselves. Sweetie if you don’t know about fasting then don’t make dumb comments. Fasting begin in the bible days Jesus fast for 40 days and 40 night without eating. No real human can do that because we are not Jesus and our faith isn’t as strong as his. In the bible it says to fast and pray. As I have explained before fasting is about restraining yourself from something that you love for awhile, not forever, to receive a blessing from GOD. EXAMPLE: I was having a hard time understanding the lesson in one of my classes, so I decide to go on fast. I didn’t listen to my radio for two weeks and I prayed to GOD in the morning before I left home, through out my day I would silently pray to him and before I went to bed I prayed to him and I got my blessing. The lesson became very easy to me, as if I was a pro at it. Ask and you will receive. We do this all the time at church. Our pastor tell us to fast from meat for a week or fast from television for a couple of days. He’s not telling us not to eat food, just certain foods for a certain amount of time. But your fast can be whatever you want it to be. No one is suppose to know that you are fasting, it suppose be done in secret between you and GOD, unless it’s a group effort like this or like we have at church.Fasting is about taking a few minutes from your day to talk to GOD. Maybe you should should just do your own thing and leave this up the the believers….lol
