Chris Brown hasn’t been dropped from all of his projects — there’s still one in the works.
Melvin James, the director and writer of Caramel, in which Chris will star, tells Life & Style, “Chris’ current situation hasn’t had any effect on things in terms of the film. We’re still planning on working with him.
“We’re still in pre-production, but we’re looking to shoot around September. We got pushed back a little bit because of other projects.
“Chris plays the male lead, Cali. He has a love story with the title character, Caramel.
“Caramel is a modern-day version of the film American Graffiti. It’s a coming-of-age story about young people, their music, their cars, and there’s a love story in there.”

totally understand u BABYGIRL, except that everytime i get on my computer, i just get angry, and every time i watch TV i get angry. and every time im not on the computer i keep thinking of websites i could check for updates. it’s totally ridiculous. i’ve had a four day weekend and i just now did my homework. this is sad when it starts to affect MY life.
i really hope they do work with him yes what he did was wrong but chris is a great singer and actor he has amazing raw talent i cant stop watching this christmas and stomp the yard. will always stand behind you chris. xxxxx
