Naomi Campbell did her part tonight, throwing a Fashion for Relief runway show during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week at Bryant Park. And not only did she get some of the biggest names in the modeling world—Karen Elson, Helena Christensen, Selita Ebanks and Agyness Deyn—to participate, but she called some of her celebrity pals as well.
Kelly Osbourne, Malin Ackerman, Alan Cumming and Estelle did their little tricks on the catwalk but it was Chris Brown looking dapper in a tux that had the audience going wild.
Heck, she even got Victoria Beckham to don a “Help Heal Haiti” t-shirt for the gathering, even though she was just a spectator.
” [Events like this] are definitely important, not necessarily for me,” Brown tells E! News backstage before the show. “I think it’s important for Haiti because you get a chance to see artists and entertainers and fashion icons come together to do something nice for a good cause and it’s not so snobby. It’s very humbling and being able to come and help, it’s nice to see.”
