Bow wow and Breezy must have had an idea of what might happen. The blogs and gossip sites have been going hard on chris for 3-4 months straight.

Look at what they wrote when he went to that girls university basketball event. Look at how they went over the top with B Shaw’s video.

Bow wow is not a 14 year old kid like Scooter, he has been in the biz for years now and he knows that if he made a live video chat with Breezy it was going to attract thousands of live views, get uploaded on youtube and then get on the blogs. They knew the blogs would go hard on Breezy and turn this into something negative.

The haters don’t wanna grasp the concept that legally he can’t say shit about the case. They just wanna use his silence, which is perfectly acceptable and honorable by the law, against him by saying BS about how “he doesn’t feel remorse”.
I’ve had it out with a few haters once and the first thing I asked them was “How do you know he’s not remorseful, have you talked to him? Has he explicitly said “I’m not remorseful” to you?” and they don’t have anything to respond with.

The fact is the haters are gullible dogs that the media leads by a leash. They believe anything and everything Fred and Harvey shove down their throats because they don’t have the mental capacity to know any better. The media has got them right where it wants them and it’s a sad thing. They’re so easily swayed by what the media feeds them that, once the media hops back on Chris’ dick and starts praising his music, dancing skills, acting, etc. again they’re gonna be hopping right back on with them. It’s like the power to think for yourself doesn’t exist anymore.

The haters aren’t worth it, trust me. They get off by writing negativity and spreading it like an STD, it’s not worth trying to change their minds, because most of them won’t.

The media will drag this out for as long as they can make a profit off of it. Once the money stops rolling into the bank, they’ll drop ‘em like it’s hot and move onto a new victim. What Eve and alot of other people are failing to realize is that yesterday or whenever he did the you tube video, couldve been his last day for fun for a little minute if he is convicted!

In a dramatic development, Rihanna has been ordered to appear at the next hearing scheduled for her ex-boyfriend, Chris Brown, who is accused of beating her.

Rihanna’s attorney Donald Etra told RadarOnline.com that the pop star has been subpoened and ordered to appear at Brown’s preliminary hearing, which is scheduled for June 22nd.

Etra told RadarOnline.com that Rihanna will comply with the order. It will be up to the District Attorney to decide whether Rihanna will take the stand during the hearing to give evidence as to the events that happened the night of the alleged attack.

RadarOnline.com spoke with Etra following a court hearing Thursday during which Judge Patricia Schnegg denied a request to allow Brown’s attorney Mark Geragos gain access to confidential LAPD personnel records so that he can find out who leaked a photograph of a battered and bruised Rihanna to the media.

In denying the motion, Schnegg said everyone agrees that the leak of the now infamous photo was not a good thing, but that “somebody went off the ranch and sold the photograph.” She added: “but that does not impact the validity of the police investigation and the arrest of your client.”

Outside of court, Geragos told RadarOnline.com that he was not surprised by the judge’s decision.

Brown,20, is charged with threatening and beating his then-girlfriend Rihanna in Los Angeles this past February.

There is still a chance that if he is convicted he may not go to jail for that long if at all. Sentencing is up to the judge and we still do not know if there is enough evidence for a trial. Also that girl could get on the stand and take the fifth amendment and they won’t be able to do anything about it. It isn’t about her being subpeoned, it’s about what she will say. Will she tell the truth? Will he tell the truth, and will everybody including us be ready for the truth? Also, will there be a bench jury if it goes to trial or will the judge decde the verdict? All I know is I will support this young man in his endeavers for life.

Honestly, I don’t think I would defend him as much if he was less talented and less attractive. But, that’s okay. I mean, who in this world isn’t shallow? @venom i can’t speak for any of the women that post in the comments on my site but I will say that I don’t think it’s okay that he “Beat her up”. However, I also don’t think it’s okay that she continuously hit him while he was driving and has hit him before. According to several reports this wasn’t her first time hitting him but it was his first time hitting back. This bit of info leaked and I found it interesting that most sites didn’t report it only because they had already bashed and crucified him. I said this months ago and I will say it again, we are lucky the two are even still alive for that matter because it could have been far worse. he could have lost control of the steering wheel instead of pulling over and they both could have died. Then this whole discussion would have been alot different. There wouldn’t be a discussion or debate because there would have been lives lost over foolishness and a text message.

If the DA had a strong case against him, they wouldn’t need to send her a subpoena. Remember, in domestic violence cases in California, they don’t need the testimony of the victim in order to proceed with a trial. So, her testimony is all they have left. Mind you, the DA returned the case to the LAPD and didn’t even charge Chris until her picture was released to the public. The only reason they’re proceeding with this case is because of the public outrage. If it gets to the point where she’s called to the stand and the DA and Geragos ask her questions that reveal what actually went down, my best bet is that it is a wrap. This case will most likely not go to trial. From what we’ve been hearing from others, the situation is not as crazy as it appears.

Oh wow tell me how messed up everything has gotten while I was on vacay. I’m dieing at the cuteness of these new pics though. WOW at rihanna having to testify and even more of a wow is teyanna having to defend herself from those rihanna fans on twitter. I heard they made her get sad.

Why would Chris need to be remorseful for something everyone knows he isn’t guilty of? He didn’t BEAT that girl (sorry, it just didn’t happen); she’s living life just like the rest of us. I’m sure he’s apologized to her for his part in the matter, but the only person Chris has to answer to is God. For PR purposes, he may need to make a few statements, but realistically Chris doesn’t owe us a got damn thing except his music (which he’s seemingly working on at the moment). If it weren’t for the internet, no one would even know half of what’s going on. TMZ would have released that picture and the few people who care to watch that show would have seen it and went on about their business. The DA wouldn’t give two shits about victimizing Rihanna and they’d probably both get off with misdemeanors. Everything is about the hype and tarnishing images.
